    Transparency

Transparent communication of the daily activity inspires trust and direct control by the general public, who can thus exercise greater control of their managers and provide construction opposition.

Transparency, as one of the cornerstones of Open Government, consists of opening up the administration so that the general public can recover the information, which is their own, and create a responsible society.
