This section presents the categories of products and services that are considered a priority by the European Commission, as well as the applicable green public procurement criteria for each of them.
Each category contains three levels of requirements that must be selected according to the specific circumstances of each case. The criteria defined in each of the product and service categories have been previously agreed upon by the public company Ihobe, the technical secretariat of the “Green Public Procurement and Contracting Programme of the Basque Country 2030”, and the supplier companies of each sector.
