This section presents the categories of products and services that are considered a priority by the European Commission, as well as the applicable green public procurement criteria for each of them.

Each category contains three levels of requirements that should be selected according to the specific circumstances of each case. The criteria defined in each product and service category have been previously agreed upon by the public agency Ihobe, the technical secretariat of the “Green Purchasing and Contracting Programme of the Basque Country 2030”, and the supplier companies in each sector.
