This section presents the categories of products and services that are considered a priority by the European Commission, as well as the applicable green public procurement criteria for each of them.
Each category contains three levels of requirements, which should be selected according to the specific circumstances of each case. The criteria defined for each product and service category have been previously agreed upon between the public company Ihobe, the technical secretariat of the “Euskadi Green Procurement and Contracting Program 2030”, and the suppliers of each sector.
