This section presents the categories of products and services that are considered a priority by the European Commission, as well as the green public procurement criteria applicable to each of them.

Each category includes three levels of requirements that must be selected according to the specific circumstances of each case. The criteria defined for each product and service category have been previously agreed upon by the public company Ihobe, the technical secretariat of the “Green Purchasing and Contracting Programme of the Basque Country 2030”, and the supplier companies of each sector.
